We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
While we strive to meet the delivery times stated above, Roselle Thread Studio LLC cannot be held responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Occasionally, orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items are located in different warehouses. You will not be charged extra for this service.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Roselle Thread Studio LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
All packages are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged or if you do not receive your package, please contact us immediately at contact@rosellethreadstudio.com.
We can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that express shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
